Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer

OnSite Handyman & RV (“we,” “us”) provides handyman, mobile RV repair, and light welding services on an as-available basis. Estimates are good-faith approximations and may change if conditions differ from what was described or visible at the time of quoting.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, or damage that arises from normal wear, prior repairs, DIY work, or use of the property or vehicle after service. Unless required by law, our total liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Electrical, plumbing, structural, propane, brake, and similar work may require licensed specialists or permits; we may decline or stop work that exceeds the scope we are authorized to perform. You are responsible for providing safe access, accurate information, and for obtaining any required owner/landlord approvals.
